Student Drop-Off Procedures

In order to provide the safest environment for our students, families and staff members, the following procedures are in place for those parents/guardians who wish to bring their child(ren) to school in the morning.

Ø  Vehicles may pull up to the front curb in an EAST to WEST fashion.  This is a drop off lane ONLY !  There is NO PARKING along the front sidewalk.  Students should exit the vehicle on the north side of the vehicle next to the curb / sidewalk.  If entering the parking lot from Walnut Street at the west entrance near the football field, please drive east behind the first row of parking spaces to enter the drop-off zone on the EAST end of the parking lot.

Ø  Vehicles may park in any marked spaces of the parking lot; parents must escort students to the front sidewalk area before returning to their vehicle.  For your child’s safety, students should not cross any potential lanes of traffic without adult supervision.

Ø  The building is not open/doors are locked until 7:45 AM.  Students may not be dropped off prior to 7:45 AM as supervision is available at this time.

Parents/Guardians picking up students at any time or at the end of the day, must park their vehicle, enter the building and sign-out their child(ren) in writing.  There is NO PARKING along the front sidewalkStudents are not allowed to exit the building unsupervised.

Thank you for your quick attention to this safety information.
